I noticed that the Beauty and the Beast Princess Belle figurine that I reviewed for this week was discontinued just yesterday, so I'm not sure if it will become available for sale on Temu again. However, I thought that it was still worth posting this review about, because I wrote it more to warn you about stuff to watch out for when it comes to ordering figurines from Temu, and didn't expect you to actually want to buy it anyway, so I figured that you'd still get something out of reading my review about it.
My man was actually the one who suggested that I review the Belle figurine in the first place, to give you a heads-up on items that you're probably better off skipping out on getting, and this was one that my man and I agreed was worth warning about, to save you from wasting your time and money buying.
I grew up watching Disney movies, and resonate with a lot of the Disney princesses, so I was very attracted to some of the Disney figurines that I saw from Temu, and I can see why many others like me would want to try buying some, and why they might be attracted to the Belle figurine that I am reviewing.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to grab images of the Belle figurine from the product page before it was discontinued, and the page was taken away, so I'll have to make do with photos of the actual Belle figurine that I took. If I see the product and the product page become available again, then I'll put some photos from the product page up. The photo above is the closest that I could get to showing you how the Beauty figurine was advertised. It's an enlarged shot of how the figurine looked like in a tiny icon listed in my order items, that I have blown up to a larger size here (hence the blurriness). I really wish that I had thought to grab screenshots from the product page earlier, but even from this blurry shot, I feel like one can see how the face of the figurine in the ad looks softer in its features than the face on the actual figurine that I received.
I can confirm that I checked the advertised photos after receiving the Disney princess figurine, and saw that the eyelashes under the eyes did not look as pronounced in the advertised photos of the figurine, and that the figurine did not look creepy at all in the advertised photos of it.
Freaky-looking dolls have freaked me out my entire life. When I was little, they used to give me nightmares (think the Chucky doll, and creepy-looking Victorian dolls). I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would let such demented, evil-looking items anywhere near them, let alone collect them, or buy them for their kids. It's possible that it was all the horror movies where such dolls came to life that made me want to stay away from them, but I have a feeling that I wouldn't have liked them even if I hadn't watched such scary movies. But anyway, I wouldn't keep something like them around me, let alone buy one.
So I was super-shocked when I ended up with a demented-looking Beauty and the Beast Princess Belle figurine from Temu. It isn't a doll, per se, but is close enough to one that it has the same effect. In the ad, it looked really pretty and cute, but what I got had the funkiest face ever, like something mentally-deranged, and kind of like Jack Nicholson's character's crazy-looking face in that iconic shot from the movie The Shining, which you can see pictured to the side.
I honestly don't know if the design of the Belle Beauty and the Beast figurine's face was accidental or intentional. I can say that it didn't look like the face in the advertised image at all. It had extra eyelashes under the eyes, and its head in a crazy-person kind of tilt to the side. I can understand ugly imperfections, but these did not look like a misprint. See some photos that I took of different angles of the Belle princess figurine below:

My man was with me when I opened the package and put the Belle princess figurine together. See the photo to the side to see the different components of the figurine.
When I showed him the figurine's face, he agreed with me that the figurine looked like there was something wrong with it. See below to see the figurine's face.

What I did think was kind of cool about this Beauty and the Beast Beauty figurine was the bottom of the figurine, in that it had so much detail. It even showed Belle's kneeling legs, bloomer underwear, and layers of skirts. Even the bottom of Belle's book was shown in the details. This was very unexpected, as I would have expected it to just be a flat plastic bottom with no detail. I also thought that it was cool that the base for the figurine was a flower, rather than a flat circular base like most figurines that I have bought have come with. See below to see photos that I took of the bottom of the figurine, and the flower base that it sits on.

Anyway, my man told me that, because Temu is such a hit or miss platform, I should review some of the things that are clearly a miss, so that you'll know what not to bother with, and this is definitely one of those items. I don't think that all Temu figurines are bad, as I have gotten a few that are actually pretty nice, but this figurine was definitely a dud. I don't even like having it in my house, because it's so creepy-looking. I plan to return it soon, after I finish reviewing it.
I can understand that authentic Disney merchandise can be really pricey, but, by my standards, this knock-off figurine from Temu wasn't what I consider to be cheap at regular price. Even at the sale price that I got it for, I still don't think that this Disney knock-off was worth the price, since I didn't get what I thought I would be getting, since it didn't match the figurine that was advertised.
I've passed on quite a few Disney knock-off figurines that I saw on Temu that actually looked like their face was a bit funny or crazy-looking in the advertisements and product pages, but the image of the Beauty in the Beast Beauty figurine in the ad deceptively showed a normal, pretty, gentle-faced figurine, and I would not have even bought it if I had known that I would be getting a figurine that looked different from what was shown. I really wish that I had been able to screenshot some photos of the advertised figurine before the page had been taken down, but, unfortunately, all I have is the screenshot of a mini version of the main photo that I took from my order page, that I already posted earlier.

Conclusion
I have no idea if it was a manufacturing defect or intentional, but this Belle Beauty and the Beast figurine that didn't match the image looks so off that I can't even understand it. I never knew before my man wrote his hooded shirt review that product photos now can sometimes be AI-generated, so it's possible that the photos for this doll were too, but I really don't know. Either way, I can't accept it.
If you can get past the creepy-as-heck face, then I guess that you can try ordering one, but I will be returning my figurine.
I might in the future review some other Temu figurines that I've bought, but this one felt like I had to review it, to let you know how "off" it was.
If you haven't read my man's review of his sky blue hooded shirt, then definitely check it out.
