REVIEW: Kind-of-Deceptive Angel Wings Cross Pendant Necklace From Temu

I told my man during the Kingdom Billionaires Conference that we attended a few months ago (which you can read about in our Kingdom Billionaires Conference Livestream Pass review) that I almost wanted to change how I described myself on social media to "Christian," since I felt decidedly Christian even a few days into the conference. I own a few cross necklaces that I've bought in the past, mostly for the aesthetic, but when I saw the angel wings cross pendant necklace with a pink cubic zirconia in the center on Temu, I instantly wanted it, because it was the prettiest cross necklace that I'd ever seen, and I loved how it combined the cross with angel wings, since the symbolism of both mean a lot to me, and because I loved how feminine the angel wing necklace with the pink zirconia crystal looked in particular. Cross Meaning in the Bible
 

As the article What Does The Bible Say About Wearing A Cross Necklace? says about the symbolism of the cross in the Bible:

"The cross is central to Christian theology, representing Jesus Christ's ultimate sacrifice for humanity's salvation. In the New Testament, Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 1:18, 'For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.' This verse highlights how the cross transcends mere symbolism -- it embodies the very power of God's love and redemption."

The article also says that, while the Bible doesn't specifically address wearing cross jewelry, another meaning of the cross in the Bible is shown in its emphasis on carrying our cross daily, as followers of Christ. It quotes Luke 9:23 as saying, "Then he said to them all: 'Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.'" The article says that a cross pendant can serve as a physical reminder of this spiritual commitment.

 

While the significance of the cross in the Bible was one of the things that attracted me to this Temu stainless steel cross necklace, its girly cross pendant was what sold me on this particular cross pendant design. 

I had bought quite a few men's stainless steel cross necklaces for my man, but hadn't found many stainless steel cross necklaces for women, and was thus very excited to find this very feminine cross necklace for women. My favorite options of the four available for this cross cubic zirconia necklace were the one with the light pink zirconia at the center, and the one with the bright blue zirconia stone at the center, though I liked the one with the pink cubic zirconia pendant slightly more, since it looked the prettiest and the most feminine out of the stainless steel cross necklaces for women. I really love pretty necklaces, and pretty jewelry in general, and would have probably loved the beautiful cross pendant design even if I wasn't a Christian.

The necklace seemed pricier than many of the other Temu cross necklaces for women, and Temu cross necklaces in general (although not by a crazy amount), so I waited for it to go on sale, and used a coupon with it to get it for a better price.

I was very excited about receiving it, because I planned to wear it all the time, with how pretty it looked, and how symbolic it was. 

 

 

The Big Deception: Cheap-Quality Angel Wings

When it arrived, I was surprised and disappointed as soon as I took it out. Rather than being fully stainless steel, the angel wings on the feminine cross necklace were made of a different material, that felt like a mix of cloth and plastic, making me consider returning it, for being totally different from what I had been expecting.

 

The promo page material for the angel wings cross pendant necklace was very deceiving, as it only mentioned the necklace being made of 316 stainless steel as the main material (which I was happy about, because it's one of the highest grades of stainless steel, and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin) and synthetic zircon (synthetic cubic zirconia) as the inlay material.

My skin tends to turn red and itchy when I wear jewelry and clothing made with artificial and/or inferior-quality metal or other materials, but I didn't think that the synthetic crystal would be a problem, since I expected that only the stainless steel part of the necklace would be touching my skin. 

The images of the necklace also didn't show the back of the female cross pendant, which would have probably shown that the wings were made of a different material, which is probably why images of the back side of the girly cross pendant weren't shown.

I felt deceived that the promo material hadn't mentioned anything about the angel wings being made with a different material, that looked and felt flimsy, and prone to damage, and that would probably irritate my skin, if I wore it against my skin for long periods of time.

When I showed the pink cubic zirconia cross necklace to the Adventurer and the Vagabond, they told me that the cross pendant design could still look pretty even without the wings, such that, even if the wings got damaged, I could still wear the stainless steel cross pendant necklace without them, so I decided to keep the necklace, and follow their advice about the wings, if they ever got damaged.

I decided to write this review to warn anyone considering buying this angel wing pendant jewelry about the deceptiveness regarding the angel wings, to prevent them from potentially surprising other buyers.

While the angel wing pendant necklace is very pretty, the flimsy, non-metal wings are a huge turn-off, regardless of how pretty and shimmery they look. I feel like it would have been better if the seller had been more honest about disclosing what to expect about the necklace, and maybe charged less for it, to reflect the poorer-quality material that the wings were made of.

While the angel wings necklace looks as pretty as it does in the picture, and I have decided to keep it, the extra care that I have to give it to prevent it from getting damaged, and the lack of disclosure about the wings, make me feel disappointed about it.

For example, I exercise regularly, and have sensitive skin, and know that sweating makes my skin even more sensitive to artificial materials than it normally is. Although I don't know what materials the wings are made of, they are clearly man-made, as the front of the wings feels plasticy, and the back looks and feels cloth-like, so I'm quite sure that the wings will cause skin irritation if I sweat a lot while wearing the cross with wings necklace. I also have to worry about the wings getting crushed, if I transport the necklace with me to change into or take off, as the wings could easily get bent, have parts of it ripped off, and end up being pulled off completely, which are not things that I would have to worry about, with a purely stainless steel necklace. As such, I can't wear it as a daily reminder of my faith and belief in God, or my connection with angels, and can't even just wear it as a pretty piece of jewelry, and have to save wearing it for circumstances that will better accommodate the limitations created by the wings on its large angel wing pendant.

The wings also turn it from something elegant to tacky, as they betray the cheapness of the Temu stainless steel cross necklace. I wouldn't even recommend giving the necklace as a gift to a girlfriend or other female adult, even though it looks pretty, as I think that the wings might offend some people who might care about receiving cheap-quality items. 

I also don't know how God would feel to have such an item half-made with such cheap material in His name, or about the fact that the item is made with a synthetic crystal. I asked my man about it, and he told me that, while God expects the best when it comes to the offerings that we give to Him, when it comes to stuff like this necklace, that we use as small reminders of our devotion to God, it's probably okay if they aren't top-quality, as it's more about our sincerity in our faith and trust in, and devotion to God, that they symbolize for us.

 

 

Diamond Deception

 

Another deceiving thing about the angel wings cross pendant necklace is the fact that the seller page uses the word "diamond" to describe the center crystal, in its descriptions of the options of the necklace that you can select to buy -- with the option that I chose being described as "White Wings + Pink Diamond." I didn't pay much attention to this description, since I knew that the crystal obviously wasn't a real diamond, for the price that the necklace was being sold for. As well, I always check the sidebar of Temu product page descriptions to check the materials that a product is made of, and, as I already mentioned, the inlay material was described as "synthetic zircon (synthetic cubic zirconia)."

I mention this as being a deception because, while the crystal was described accurately in the sidebar description, it was falsely described in the more prominent, likely-to-be-looked-at description in the necklace crystal options, which might cause confusion for some buyers. As well, if one didn't look more closely at the product page, and only went by the crystal color options, I suppose that they could be deceived by the "diamond" description.

Benefits of Cubic Zirconia Jewelry 

 

I actually didn't think at all about the kind of crystal used for this crystal angel wing pendant necklace (cubic zirconia, which is sometimes shortened to "cz"), since I bought it more for its look than for the cubic zirconia healing properties and cubic zirconia metaphysical properties (especially since I know that cubic zirconia is man-made), but I looked it up for this article, and wearing cubic zirconia apparently can have a lot of benefits, which, according to the article A Guide to Cubic Zirconia: Meaning, Properties and Everyday Uses, include some of the following: helping you make practical decisions and take objective actions; healing sneaky auto-immune disorders related to the thyroid, stomach, tissue, and skin, if you use it around affected areas; helping bring heavenly enlightenment, eradicating muscle fatigue and promoting sleep, helping motivate and uplift you; removing selfish thoughts or tendencies; promoting joy; making you radiate positivity; improving your charm; and promoting spiritual and personal growth. I haven't worn the pink cubic zirconia cross necklace enough or paid attention enough to be able to say whether or not it helps in any of these areas, but I like that it apparently comes with these added benefits.

 

The article also specifies that the pink cubic zirconia, which is apparently known as "Pink Ice," is soothing and calming, helps with heartbreaks, and helps you resolve hurdles in your love life.

 

The article describes how cubic zirconia is a cubic crystalline form of zirconium oxide, that is cheaper and more durable than natural zircon.

 

This particular cubic zirconia pink ice necklace looks to be of good quality, at least in terms of the pink ice cz. As the article A Guide to Cubic Zirconia: Meaning, Properties and Everyday Uses says, "The more vibrant and consistent the color, the better. Avoid stones with a yellowish tint." It also says that "[n]o bubbles, flecks, or cracks should be seen inside the stone," and that "[w]ell-cut cubic zirconia have more sparkle and visual appeal," advising that one "[l]ook for a symmetrical shape and precise faceting. Round brilliant and princess cuts maximize light refraction."

 

One of the things that I like most about the cubic zirconia pink ice necklace is the pink ice cz, since I really like its shade of pink, and the cut, and the way that it refracts the light, which I think complements and enhances the shimmer of the angel wings on the necklace's crystal angel wing pendant. 

 

According to the article, cubic zirconia has an association with the planet Venus, that connects it to feminine energy and beauty, and is also said to enhance self-esteem, confidence, and grace, when incorporated into jewelry or accessories. Like I said, this is one of the most feminine cross necklaces that I have ever encountered, so I can see there being something to these cubic zirconia crystal properties, at least and especially with the pink ice cz option that I chose, which I think really enhances the feminine qualities of this vintage goth cross necklace.

 

Tempered Gothic Cross Design

 

The necklace is described as vintage gothic style jewelry, but when I later asked my man what he thought about this, he told me that only the cross is gothic, but that the gothic cross design is simmered down by the wings and jewel in the middle, which give it a bright, light, and vibrant look. He told me that it's interesting, because the wings and jewel contrast the vintage gothic cross pendant really well, because they are something bright. My man even told me that if he were to wear anything goth, or any gothic cross jewelry, he would wear a male, more masculine version of something like this gothic cross necklace, minus the poor quality of the flimsy wings.

 

There are options to select the necklace with a red cubic zirconia pendant, or a black cubic zirconia pendant, but I think that these don't have the same brightening and lightening effects that my man mentioned the pink and blue crystal options as having, and that, if anything, the red cubic zirconia necklace looks a bit gothic, while the black gothic cross option actually looks gothic.

This crystal angel wing pendant necklace is an affordable choice for people who aren't rich, so if you're a Christian who isn't rich, but still wants to be able to wear something that fits your faith, it's an option.

**CRYSTALS AND CHRISTIANS**

My man warned me that a lot of Christians might not like us referencing crystals, or talking about the benefits of crystal and stones, in our articles, as he knows that many Christians are against crystals, and associate them with occult practices, and thus stay away from them, believing that we should trust in the Lord and prayer to provide everything we need.

I thought that, since this review is on a item that is traditionally Christian, that also has gemstones in it, we might as well use this opportunity to address our stance on crystals and Christianity here, and reference this section for future articles that review crystal items, to save us the trouble of needing to explain it again in the future. 

So here's our take:

While my man does trust in the Lord, and prays to God every day, he does not agree with the black-and-white thinking regarding gemstones and Christianity that many Christians hold fast to. My man has read the Bible from cover to cover more than once, and is thus aware of the numerous references to crystals in the Bible, and wishes that more Christians would look at how the Bible actually references crystals and gemstones, so that they wouldn't be fooled by the deception regarding healing crystals and Christianity.

 

The "Parable of the Drowning Man," as Applied to Crystals

To me, this brings to mind a Christian story / joke that my man has shared with me in the past, about a Christian man in a flood situation who decides that his faith in God alone is enough to save him, and rejects multiple chances to be saved by various material means sent by God to help him, until he ends up dying and going to heaven, questioning why God didn't save him, and having God tell him that he sent so many things to help him, so what more what was he expecting? See a version of the joke, God Will Save Me, for an example of the Christian joke, which is also sometimes referred to as the "parable of the drowning man." 

My man told me that the material items that God has created and made available to us, and the use of such items in the right ways to help us, do not go against Christianity and the Bible. He told me that the Kingdom Billionaires Conference was great for opening Christians to the idea that wealth itself is not inherently bad, and that it is not necessarily bad for Christians to be wealthy -- recognizing that it is not money itself that is evil, but the love of money leading people to idolize it and become greedy in finding ways to obtain it, rather than seeing it as a tool to help build God's kingdom with, as stewards of God's wealth transfer have been tasked with.

My man wishes that more Christians would be able to apply the same logic to crystals -- seeing them as one of God's creations, that are neither good nor bad, but that can be used for good or evil purposes. In the same way that my man and I use money responsibly, to help sustain us and keep our physical bodies healthy, and be able to help spread the Lord's message and build God's kingdom with, my man and I don't engage in occult activity, or worship or idolize crystals, but instead treat crystals as gifts that God has provided us with, to help us improve our ability to function and perform, despite problems that the Devil throws our way to try to incapacitate and stop us. For example, we use shungite to protect us from harmful electromagnetic field radiation (EMF), use certain crystal combinations to help with sleep problems, headaches, and other ailments, and also sometimes wear crystals for purely aesthetic reasons -- recognizing the beauty and potential that God has provided us, through them. We treat crystals as tools and gifts from God, to help us battle the artificial radiation and other problems and interferences with our day-to-day lives that the Devil sends our way, to try to stop us from doing what the Lord means for us to do. Who are we to reject the solutions and shields that God has led us to discover, for combatting the immobilizing physical disturbances that might otherwise prevent us from continuing to carry out the missions He intended for us?

My man told me that the bad side always takes good things and inverts them, and he thinks that they did that with crystals, herbs, etc., by getting us to think that we can't use herbs and crystals for healing because they are used by witches, and are associated with witchcraft. Instead, the bad side, in league with the Devil, has convinced us to turn to using pharmaceuticals as an alternative, which my man knows are actually bad, because the Bible even says that we should stay away from pharmakeia. As he told me, the original translation in the Bible was "pharmakeia," but this was replaced by the words "witchcraft" and "sorcery," because, in modern times, what people think of as "witchcraft" is crystals, herbs, etc., when pharmakeia (or pharmaceuticals) are the actual witchcraft, that the bad side has normalized, through shaping our medical system and its educational foundation, and integrating the reliance on man-made chemicals for our healing into it.

 

Pharmakeia Fakery

The article Pharmakeia: The Biblical Warning Hidden in Plain Sight lists the two instances in which the term "pharmakeia" (which is translated in most English bibles as "sorcery" or "witchcraft") is used, and breaks down what the Bible really says about pharmakeia.

The article shows how pharmakeia is presented in the context of being "works of the flesh" in Galatians 5:19–21 (KJV), and how it is presented in Revelation 18:23 (KJV) as a prophecy about the end times, describing a global deception: "And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries [pharmakeia] were all nations deceived."

As the article exposes, it is the pharmaceutical industry (which has created some of the wealthiest and most powerful people on the planet), that are the merchants -- "the great men of the earth," who, "through their products, all nations have been deceived."

The article describes the pharmaceutical origins of street drugs such as heroin, opiods, methamphetamines, MDMA, LSD, and other substances, that all flowed from the same source -- the pharmakeia system, and allowed the "great men of the earth" who had created them to profit from them, and often escape accountability when they destroyed lives.

The article shows how the Greek word "pharmakeia" is the direct root of the following modern English words:
 

"Pharmakeia Etymology

φαρμακεíα→Pharmacy -- the place where drugs are dispensed

φαρμακεíα→Pharmacist -- one who prepares and dispenses drugs
φαρμακεíα→Pharmaceutical -- relating to medicinal drugs

φαρμακεíα→Pharmacology -- the study of drugs and their effects

φαρμακεíα→Pharmacopoeia -- an official list of medicinal drugs"

It says that this is not interpretation or speculation, but etymology -- the documented history of language -- and that the word that your Bible translates as "sorcery" and "witchcraft" is the same word that we use today for the pharmaceutical industry.

It goes into how, in ancient Greece, a pharmakeus was a person who prepared potions, drugs, and poisons -- often for use in religious rituals, magical practices, or to alter consciousness, and how the line between "healer" and "sorcerer" was blurred, because the same substances used to heal could also be used to harm, control, or deceive.

The article says that the deception is so complete and so normalized, that questioning it sounds like madness, as we have been trained from birth to trust the system. As the article says, "When we are sick, we go to the doctor. The doctor prescribes a pill. We take the pill without question. We call this 'healthcare.'"

It asks readers to question, "But what if the system itself is the sorcery? What if the 'cure' is part of the deception? What if we have been so thoroughly blinded that we cannot see the serpent coiled around the staff, cannot hear the word 'pharmakeia' every time we say 'pharmacy'?

 

The blind are leading the blind. And both are falling into the ditch."

The article tells us that the Holy Spirit calls believers to ask the following hard questions, and bring them before the Lord:

 

-"Why does the word the Bible uses for end-times deception share its root with modern medicine?

-Why is the symbol of the serpent -- the deceiver from Eden -- the universal symbol of healthcare?

-Why do pharmaceutical executives fit the description of "great men of the earth" while street dealers do not?

-Why do we trust man-made chemicals more than we trust the Creator who formed our bodies?

-Why has the church largely ignored this connection for so long?

-What would it mean if the deception prophesied in Scripture is not a single future event, but a system we have already been conditioned to accept and depend upon?"


Crystals and Christianity

As the article It's Not New, It's True: Crystals and Christianity explains, crystals are made up of minerals, which are used to make up our bodies, and which we need so that our bodies can function properly; and that, when we eat, we consume foods rich in minerals to help our bodies stay strong and healthy, or we can take mineral supplements when there is a deficiency causing health symptoms.

The author says, "For me, it isn't too far of a leap to think that if the minerals found in our foods and our mineral supplements can benefit the body, then the frequency that is being given off from crystals, which are made up of minerals, can benefit our bodies as well." 

She says that some people are reluctant to use crystals because they don't see them being used for healing in the Bible, and mentions how X-rays, MRIs, EKG/EEG machines, or ultrasounds weren't used or talked about in the Bible either, but we don't have any problems using them.

(Note: My man and I do have a problem with using X-rays, due to the harmful, unnatural radiation emitted by them, but acknowledge the point that the author is making, that Christians don't oppose using these mechanisms because the "authorities" in high positions endorse them and have normalized their use, while Christians shun the use of crystals in healing because the text of the Bible has been bastardized to associate natural remedies with "witchcraft" and "sorcery," which, as we already mentioned, were originally termed as "pharmakeia" in the Bible, and were actually meant to refer to pharmaceuticals, and the artificial substances that we were tricked into using and believing in.)


Misuse of the "Parable of the Drowning Man" to Corrupt Christian Convictions

Another example of the inversion of the truth by the dark side that my man told me about is how the creators of pharmakeia have inverted the Christian joke that I referred to earlier to actually try to push the C-shot onto Christians, by presenting it as something that God sent to help them. 

As the article The Parable of the Drowning Man in the Age of C*V*D: How a corny joke became the preferred way to challenge Christian anti-vs describes, a new version of the joke has cropped up, where a man ignores advice to wear masks, avoid large gatherings, and get the Cvac, and, when he dies after contracting the virus at a party, God tells the confused Christian that he gave public health officials the intelligence to develop the Cvac and to educate the public about social distancing, hand-washing, masks, and other measures, and says to the man, "I imparted wisdom to your leaders, who realized the dangers of CVD and how humans could protect themselves." The article goes on to mention how "this version of God" says in a Florida newspaper column in July, in one of a number of similar editorials in local and regional newspapers, "Many of your leaders made sure they communicated to everyone. What more could I have done?"

When I told my man about this version of the parable that they have been putting out, my man told me that that was one of the grossest inversions of truth by the bad side that he has heard of, especially since the Bible even says that the body is a temple that should not be corrupted with foreign, unnatural objects.


The Human Body as a Holy Temple

 

A Religious Exemption post aiming to subjectively discern from a Biblical perspective how a Christian should respond if he/she feels sincerely compelled to file for "religious exemption," quotes Scripture that supports Christian stances against taking the Cshot:

"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body" (1 Corinthians 6:19–20).

It explains how "Scripture refers to a human's physical body as a temple of the Holy Spirit, which refers to God residing in Spirit form within born-again mankind."

Other notable passages that it quotes from the Bible include the following:

"For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil" (2 Corinthians 5:10).

 

"Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple" (1 Corinthians 3:16–17).

The article explains how "Injecting anything into the body (non-food related) requires careful consideration, and per government regulations, all pharmaceutical manufacturers are required to caution consumers on the adverse effects of vaccines which could potentially occur if injected.

Therefore, it is wise to discern whether the risk is worth the reward, especially when adverse reactions to vacs are proven over time, and vacs are created by pharmaceutical companies exempt from legal responsibility in the event of illness or death caused by vac and booster injections, for prolonged periods of time.

As the article quotes from Psalm 4:8: "In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety."


Stones and Crystals in the Bible 

The author in the article It's Not New, It's True: Crystals and Christianity says that, while there isn't any passage in Scripture that she has found that shows someone using crystals, stones, or rocks for healing, we can clearly see that they were highly valued and used and worn for spiritual purposes, and that, it is through scientific discovery and research that we have learned to use things like radium, lithium, cobalt, titanium, silicon, etc., for medical and health benefits. She says that, because crystals put off uplifting frequencies, we can use them for the benefit of our health. 

The author makes the point that my man has always told me, that, "While some people use crystals for things like psychic healing or magic, that doesn't mean that we have to avoid using them. How we use them is the question. Anything can be used for good or for bad." The author describes how, "When searching out crystals for my personal use, I try to find crystals that are sold by geologists so that I know they aren't being used in practices that are against my personal and religious beliefs. Crystals have been used since ancient times, just as herbs, to bring strength and health to the body."

My man has actually told me to avoid buying things like palo santo and sage sticks that are sold on Temu, just in case they have been tampered with by evil or dark intentions, and he has also cautioned me to avoid items and books related to witchcraft and associated subjects. He has impressed upon me the importance of staying away from things with dark energies, while understanding that the items themselves are not inherently bad, but can be used for bad purposes, based on the intention behind their use, and imbued on them.

An example he has given me numerous times is a gun, that can be used to kill, or to protect, and he even told me how a pencil can be used to write, but can also be used to stab someone with. That's how we feel about crystals, knowing that dark forces can use them for malicious intent, but that they can also be used for good, depending on who is using them, and for what purpose. 

As the author concludes, "Rocks and stones show the beautiful, multi-faceted attributes of God, one of which includes being our Healer. To me, using crystals the way God intended means using them with purity of heart, not looking for crystals to do the healing, but trusting that God will use crystals, the same way He uses herbs, and spit (uh, yeah, Jesus used spit and mud to aid Him in healing people) to bring healing to our bodies.

 

I hope that we can learn to receive the gift of health that God offers to us through crystals."


Gemstones in the Bible

 

The article gives examples of references to gemstones in the Bible verses, including to the precious stones and "crystals" used on the breastplate of Aaron, the high priest, who, when he went to minister before God, wore the breastplate with twelve stones etched with the names of the twelve children of Israel. As I mentioned, I did not buy this angel wings cross pendant necklace for its pink cubic zirconia crystal, but reading about the beneficial cubic zirconia metaphysical properties does make me thankful to the Lord for bringing it into my awareness and possession, as a beautiful wearable reminder of my faith, that also can also help certain areas that I have long needed improvement in.

-pink cubic zirconia at the center has a nice color and shine

-cubic zirconia could bring metaphysical healing benefits
-elegant-looking, from far away
-mini white crystals surrounding the center crystal make it look even more elegant

 

Cons:

-angel wings are not made of stainless steel, like one might expect from the promo materials
-angel wings are made of flimsy material that feels like it could be damaged easily
-angel wings are glued on and can easily be pulled off
-very long chain makes it harder to see the cross pendant, in photos of head shots, due to it hanging so low
-angel wings are likely made of artificial material, that negates getting a stainless steel necklace for sensitive skin
-pendant is a bit larger than I expected
-tacky-looking when seen close up, due to the part-plastic, part-cloth wings
-extra care has to be taken when wearing it
-not easily transportable
-might not be good to give as a gift to people who might be insulted or offended by the quality of the wings

There are so many cons to buying the angel wings cross pendant necklace from Temu, that it made it difficult to rate. My initial thought was to give it 2.5 stars, then I bumped it up to 2.8 stars, and I finally settled on 3 stars, after taking into account the cubic zirconia metaphysical properties that I hadn't considered initially, when buying and reviewing the necklace. The crummy, unadvertised material that the angel wings were made of introduced a lot of problems with regard to wearing the necklace and being able to transport it, that I wouldn’t have had to worry about, if the wings had been made of stainless steel, like I had expected. I didn't like how deceived the necklace made me feel, since the ad had made it seem like I would be receiving a fully stainless steel angel wing pendant (apart from the pink zirconia at the center), and I was very unhappy about the lack of transparency regarding the different composition of the angel wings.
 
My man told me that, aesthetically, he would give the angel wings cross pendant necklace 3.8 to 4 stars, but that, because of the funny material that the angel wings were made of, he would lower his rating to 3 stars. I was initially going to give the necklace 2.5 stars,  because of my experiences with wearing the necklace, and the complications of wearing it, and then thought of raising my rating to 2.8 in relation to my man's rating and my thoughts on its appearance, and then decided to raise my rating to 3, because of the added benefits of wearing a pink cubic zirconia that come with wearing this cubic zirconia pink ice necklace. As I mentioned, I do think that the necklace is very pretty, and prettier than the other cross necklace for woman options that I have seen, even though we can't call it a gem because of the funky wings. 

Because I exercise regularly, I have so few opportunities to wear the angel wing and cross necklace, and have to save it for special outings. I also noticed that the angel wing cross pendant might turn around while you’re wearing the angel wing necklace out, which can expose the back even when you’re wearing the necklace out, which I think looks pretty dumb, since, while the crystal angel wing pendant looks elegant and pretty on the front, it actually looks like tacky cheap jewelry that a kid would wear on the back, due to the glued-on wings. So I think that even the look of this cross pendant design could backfire on you, if you’re not careful. 

I think that this feminine cross necklace is one that you can get complimented on and teased for, as it just takes the large angel wing pendant  being turned around while you’re wearing the necklace for the funky material of the angel wings, and their cheap quality, to be exposed. The angel wing cross pendant even turned the one time that I wore the necklace, so that’s something that you’ll have to watch out for, if you decide to buy and wear this necklace.

Even though the main material of the necklace is 316 stainless steel, which I appreciate for my sensitive skin, the wings negate it with their likely man-made materials.

I chose to buy the angel wings cross pendant necklace from Temu in part because of the pretty pink cubic zirconia pendant, and partly because of the pretty angel wings, both of which made the cross necklace super-feminine.

Instead of being awesome, the wings bring down the quality and experience of the necklace. I bought the necklace to be able to wear it all the time, but now, I can’t do that, due to the wings creating so many limitations for wearing the necklace, that I shouldn’t have had to deal with.

As my man told me, if the wings get damaged, I can just pull them off and wear the cross pendant necklace without the wings, as the cubic zirconia cross pendant still looks good without the wings, so that is the saving grace of the cross pendant design of this Temu stainless steel cross necklace, along with its pretty, and perhaps beneficial, cubic zirconia crystal.

 

My man also pointed out that kids wouldn't care about stuff like the material that the angel wings are made of, and so would probably like the angel wing and cross necklace anyway, if you gave it to them.

If you don't have sensitive skin and are careful about how you wear your necklaces, you could still consider giving the women's cubic zirconia cross necklace a shot, knowing the deceptive parts and  limitations that come with it.
